4th MENA Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Forum 2017 Dubai


Turkish Cargo attended the MENA Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Forum, organized in the United Arab Emirates for the 4th time this year on May 16-17. Gathering the representatives of IATA, Saudi Pharmaceutical Association and Dubai Health Authority, as well as the global and local pharmaceutical companies, logistics companies, system suppliers, temperature and humidity meter manufacturers besides thermal cover and packaging manufacturers, the organization was hosted by the Middle East Cargo Management - Dubai Cargo Supervisor's Office.

Mr.Turhan OZEN, Chief Cargo Officer, attended the organization as a speaker and panelist, and delivered a presentation during which he mentioned about the advantages offered to Turkish Cargo and its customers by IATA CEIV certificate, the high-standard and technological infrastructure features of the facilities of Turkish Cargo, and set forth the reasons why the flights of our Company should be preferred for transportation of pharmaceuticals, featuring the capabilities of our Handling companies, available in stations of both departure and arrival.

Mr. Serdar DEMIR, VP Cargo (Operations), Mr. Burak Omeroglu Middle East Regional Manager, Special Cargo Management and the representatives of our Middle East Regional Management, welcomed the agents and other suppliers at the booth of Turkish Cargo where they provided information on the capacity of our Company to be attained upon addition of new aircraft and expansion of the flight network, as well as the corporate vision of our Company for 2013, and tried to find new opportunities for cooperation by establishing strategic contacts in order to launch new lines for transportation of pharmaceuticals.
